Short version: we collect almost nothing, and your app data never leaves your browser.

Summary: this website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or cookies. The apps store your records only in your own browser. The only personal data Silicore receives is what you choose to email.

What this site collects

silicore.tech is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or fingerprinting scripts. Standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) are retained briefly for security and operational purposes, as is normal for any web host.

How the apps handle your data

The Silicore apps (Learning OS, FPGA Lab Tracker, Embedded Debug Console, Chip Career Planner, Hardware Content Planner, Team Training Portal) store the records you create in your browser’s local storage on your own device. That data is never transmitted to Silicore or any server. Consequences worth knowing:

  • Your records are private to the browser and device you used.
  • Clearing browser site data deletes your records; use the built-in JSON/CSV export to keep backups.
  • Records do not sync between devices.

Email enquiries

If you contact Silicore by email, the information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and scope work you request. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or added to any mailing list without your consent.
